Community Guidelines

PAAQ is a knowledge based platform dedicated to helping people find answers to their questions from experts. To prevent misuse of our platform, it is imperative that all users adhere to our community guidelines.

We apply these Guidelines to all content (this includes text, images, links, attachments, emojis and creative tools) on PAAQ – as well as to our users, without discrimination. Certain types of content are not subject to action when they are newsworthy, factual, relate to a general concern for our community and are relevant to politics, social issues, or other issues.

We want our users to find PAAQ safe and reliable enough to meet their needs. If content violates that spirit, we reserve the right to remove it from the platform.

We encourage you to use our reporting feature within the platform to contact our Trust & Safety team. These reports are reviewed to determine if any of our guidelines have been violated.

Upon violation of these Community Guidelines, we may remove the offending content, terminate your account, or limit visibility of your account, and/or notify law enforcement. When activities pose a threat to human life, we work together with global law enforcement. If you violate our Terms of Service, or these guidelines, your account will be terminated and you cannot use PAAQ again.

Users may be removed from PAAQ if we believe in our sole discretion that they pose a clear and present danger to others, both on and off our platform. The list includes members of hate groups and terrorist organisations, as well as individuals who are known for inciting violence or acting in a way that we believe is dangerous.

Please respect these guidelines and honour them accordingly.
